- **Me:** Started over in this project with the Aurora theme, keeping the facts and none of the old layout or styles.

- **AI:** Could not read the NeoCare chatbot: Cloudflare blocks access from outside Thailand (HTTP 403).
- **Me:** Wrote the project description myself: staff and service-team support built on LLM + RAG.
- **Why:** Nothing on the page should be guessed; facts the AI could not verify come from me.

- **AI:** Left the research section as an empty placeholder.
- **Me:** Chose Focus, the project I am currently building, and asked for it as a write-up without a link.
- **Why:** The repository is private and still in progress; the method and findings matter more than the code.
